Build AI operators in the field.
We are looking for two kinds of early teammates: a builder who can turn customer problems into product, and a seller who can find, earn, and close new customers.
Founding Member of Technical Staff
This is a broad role for someone with strong AI and engineering experience who can also work directly with customers. You might have forward-deployed engineering, consulting, product engineering, or startup experience. The common thread is that you can enter a messy domain, learn it quickly, build with taste, and stay engaged until the customer's problem is actually solved.
Founding Business Development
This is a broad role for someone who can find new customers, build trust quickly, run sharp discovery, close deals, and stay close enough to the customer to understand what actually creates value. You should be comfortable with outbound, demos, follow-up, and translating what you learn in the field into product feedback.
