Account Deletion
Mathu AI app users can request account deletion from inside the app or by contacting Mathu AI support.
Request From the App
Open Mathu, go to Settings, choose Legal, and submit the account deletion request. We will review the request and follow up using the email associated with the account.
Request by Email
You can also email hello@mathu.ai with the account username, workspace name, and contact email.
What We Delete
After verifying the request, Mathu AI deletes or deactivates the app account and removes associated personal account information where legally and operationally possible. Some organization records, security logs, invoices, or business records may be retained when required for legal, security, accounting, dispute, or service continuity reasons.
